What’s The Difference Between Resistance And Performance Training?
The main difference is the outcome. Resistance training is programmed to maintain mobility throughout the joints, bone density, lean muscle strength, and cardiovascular health. Performance training aims to enhance specific aspects, mainly sport related.
How Long Does It Take To See Results?

How Many Times A Week And For How Long Are The Workouts?
It depends on your preferences. Generally, 2 or more times a week is optimal for making gains. We can program from 2 up to 5 times a week. Workouts can last anywhere from 45mins to 90mins times may vary.
